Our athlete-focused, dedicated call center and concierge service lines are available at all hours to help clients navigate the mental health ecosystem and find the appropriate solutions. Self-Pay
By being a client with HOF Behavioral Health, you will receive up to a 25% discount on all services through our national network of Centers of Excellence.
