Hall of Fame Health was started by Hall of Fame football players who wanted to do more for their former teammates. Initially for former NFL players, those we serve has expanded to include other elite retired athletes, collegiate alumni groups, and select veteran organizations. Many of the best health systems, medical groups, care centers and technology companies in the country have joined us in our mission. We have a dedicated concierge team that can assist you whether you’re looking for a doctor, trying to find better insurance, or are facing issues like addiction, substance abuse or mental health.
